Dear Prayer Warriors, Its Monday, March 19, and we are here in Cornwall having flown out of Detroit Sun. evening and have already visited the slave ship. Thank you for your prayers for safety and our health...we are both much better. Pray for good weather here...it is freezing with high winds and the ship is being launched to begin the journey to London tomorrow! We need the weather to change and for many to come out. The BBC is filming the ceremony and will air it Sunday morning all over the UK.....on the Heaven and Earth Show at 10:00am. So please pray for the weather and everyone who will be participating in the ceremony and a good presentation by the BBC. In the fields, and on the seas.... 
| THANK YOU FOR PRAYING!!!! YOUR PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED! The dedication service for the ship was a great service. The weather was supposed to be terrible, but prayer brought the sun out. I was privileged to lead the singing of "Amazing Grace" The lady that was supposed to sing it wasn't able to make it from London , so I (Liz) got the job. It created many opportunities for witness. SO PLEASE REMEMBER EACH ONE IN PRAYER |
Syd was in his element having long conversations with the Naval Chaplains and officers present. We also were able to phone YES FM who broadcast into Toledo, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan..they interviewed us from on board the ship! We will be on the morning show when we get back to the USA. Speaking of morning shows, you may be able to catch a glimpse of our son-in-law, Raul on Good Morning America from Charlotte, Thurs. morning. He is a drummer in the Charlotte Bobcats "Rhythm Cats". The BBC and ITV (national television networks in the UK) were out in force today filming the ship and the service. All of you in the UK can see the show Sun. morning 10:00am on BBC...tape it to watch when you get home from church! Look out for us on the ship as it enters the River Thames coming into London...we will be singing in the choir! YOU ARE MIGHTY WARRIORS IN PRAYER, PLEASE KEEP IT UP |
